"Whelm" is the act or instance of flowing or heaping up abundantly. It's the opposite of overwhelm (and underwhelm)! It's easy to get trapped in overwhelm, especially now. Not only do we have covid and all that it has brought with it, personally & professionally, but we still have our "normal" lives too! It's certainly understandable that many people are feeling overwhelmed. And as a culture, we accept overwhelm as being necessary. And it's not.
