Hey there, I’m Traci.

I’ve spent my life learning what it means to lead—first as a helicopter pilot and captain in the U.S. Army, and now as a coach helping leaders and teams thrive in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

At West Point, I learned that true leadership is as much about mindset and connection as it is about strategy. I was a student-athlete on the Women’s Soccer Team, trained as a master fitness instructor, and was commissioned as an Aviation Officer in 1991. After West Point, I served in the Army as a helicopter pilot and continued to fuel my competitive spirit by playing soccer for a few seasons with the Army Ranger Team.

After the Army, I became a mother of three, a prayer chaplain, and launched my first fitness company in Washington, D.C. I’ve been drawn to health and leadership ever since, combining my passion for optimizing well-being with practical, science-backed tools to help people show up as their strongest, most resilient selves.

Today, I specialize in Wellbeingness®—the integration of mental, emotional, and physical health, energy, and performance. And, as an Army officer who loves acronyms, I call it MEP/HEP (pronounced "mep-hep")! This system is organized within the Healthy Leader Operating System™, which provides a clear, actionable framework to help leaders strengthen their energy, mindset, and performance in a way that’s both sustainable and empowering.

In addition to being an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Gallup Strengths Coach, I’m certified in Red Team Thinking and use frameworks designed to help you better understand your talents, overcome challenges, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

My approach is grounded in simple, practical tools that foster real transformation—both personally and professionally. Whether I’m working with teams, executives, or individuals, my focus is on helping you sharpen your strengths, stay connected to your values, and build the habits that will support you for the long haul.

But at the heart of everything I do is this: I believe that leadership starts with how we lead ourselves.
